    With my meatballs I would use either beef , lamb or turkey mince , add garlic, fresh basil, rice crumbs ( you could use breadcrumbs) 1 egg and a little grated parmesan and shape into little balls and either bake in the oven or shallow fry

    I also did my version of chicken "nuggets" which was chicken mince, grated carrot, grated zucchini , garlic , fresh parsley chia seeds and an egg and rolled them in rice crumbs and either oven baked or shallow fried

    Try hummus, or other meals using legumes. My DS has always loved digging (literally) into hummus with a bit of pita. Or yoghurt, Jalna is good. I buy it because it doesn't have added sugar and its thick so easy to feed to DS.

    Google "home made baby food". They have lots of recipe ideas for different aged babies, plus nutrition information.
