    Woolworths issued a recall for the product, saying Ms McLean’s experience was “an isolated incident”.

    "We are fully investigating this incident."

    "All Macro baby food in this type of packaging is x-rayed before leaving the manufacturer and after discussion with them we are confident in ruling that out as a source.”

    “Our initial investigation shows the product was not spoilt which indicated the blade entered the packaging not long before the customer found it.

    “We will continue our investigation to get to the bottom of it but we think this is an isolated incident. As a precautionary measure we withdrew the product from shelves on immediately after being informed by the customer.”

    The company said no other products were affected. The product can be returned for a full refund.

    I know what you're saying, and yep, there are risks with facebook but I've never been asked for my address or credit card details from Facebook and I've never given my phone number to Facebook. And I don't have location services turned on.

    Not sure of other cities but during the voice ad break, they advertised a segment about rewards cards on tomorrow's news in Sydney.
