@sophdask - thanks do you think it helped you get more eggs this cycle or just better quality (or both).. I recall you have good amh levels.
Hi Kelly70 think it helped with both, but more with egg quality - could never get any to freeze stage until this cycle. I always averaged between 8-12 eggs previously so this cycle was my biggest no. ever. My amh is 12.
I have only had crinone once a day at my old clinic. I am back on Tuesday for my second Zoladex injection (gee that month went fast!) so will ask the new clinic nurses what their usual protocol is.
GL Bertie and Gnh.
Sorry to hear that this cycle is a no go tuxcat.

Good luck today @mgcbertie.
@Kelly70 I used saizen twice and thought it did help with egg quality, my FS stressed it won't help you get more, just better ones". Ne FS and he said no this time, doesn't think it helps much. I paid $1900 for enough vials for 14 days of doses. I can't remember, I think it was two doses to one vial.
I am on menopur this time and had my first scan today and have one follie at. 18 and about 4-5 around 10-11. I'm hoping they let the large one go and keep me stimming till the little ones get there. I've only had 7 fsh injections so still early days yet. Lining was 8.1 so I was pleased with that, it's normally a lot thinner. FS said the menopur would help with that. I'm not transferring this time, freezing all to do pgd testing with my cycle in November.
My clinic always had me do crinone morning and night. It's only 200mg so only 400mg all up so still light. I'll be on 800mg when I do my transfer.
Good luck Bertie!
Hi All..... thanks for thinking of me, but unfortunately it's another BFN. The HPT this morning was completely clear, not even any trace of Pregnyl at the 5.5 day mark. Clinic added, "oh yes, your period must be already here, your levels are showing it." Well thanks, it's not, but it's close.
I really don't know why I'm thinking that this will ever work. I've never had any hint of implantation, and just can't see that anything will now work. I plan to just work through my final options - one FET with the final embie of my sister's, one IUI with anon DS that my FS has agreed to (just so I can move on knowing I've tried everything!) and then go to SA for DEs. Two goes at that and then I think we'll call it quits. It really feels like the end of the road.
Anyhow, consoling myself with CCC at the moment - charcoal chicken, chips and chocolate!
@bertie sorry to hear your news. Please don't despair. My journey was very similar to yours. Eight rounds of Ivf, then my very "fertile" sister started the process for me but didn't even make it to collection, then off to SA for a donor cycle and now I have a little bub. It's a hard road but going down the DE route was the best thing I ever did! Like you, I had completely given up hope and was suffering both mentally and financially. If you do go down the SA donor route I'm sure it's a decision you won't regret (all other baby things aside it is the most beautiful and picturesque place in the world). Good luck with everything and in the meantime, enjoy those CCC's.
