Hi ladies, sorry I've been a bit AWOL have been busy at work, drs appt and bt's this week!
I'm sorry for the ladies with the bfn and negative poas. It's never an easy couple of days when you get that result. I feel your pain.
@Angels4me and. @Malkitek the only suggestions I could suggest would be to research natural killer cells and immune issues. There is a lady on the nk thread who conceived naturally with no problems then had 7 miscarriages trying for number 2. She got tested for nk cells/immune issues conceived number 2 and is now well into her pregnancy.
I myself have had no implantation and after 4 cycles found out I have high Ana and elevated natural killer cells which are impacting implantation. There is a nk thread on here, or you could check out a website by dr scher in the us. Or get a book called is my body baby friendly by dr beer.
I can't remember who mentioned genetic testing, but it has been around for a while, it's not that new, but there are only a cpl of clinics in syd that do it and it's $4k with no rebates from Medicare or phi.
@tuxcat I'm not able to pm you, I think you have to do a certain number of posts before I can do that. But I went to westmead ivf for my first 4 cycles, they are a low cost clinic who can't really help the 'difficult' cases like me. I spoke to a few girls about different clinics and have chosen a new FS. He is in the st George area. I do my monitoring at kogarah. He is trying something new for me, we are also freezing everything this cycle and will do another straight after. All embies will then be pgd tested and transferred just before Xmas. I'm impressed by the clinic so far, they do their long down cycle different to my old clinic and I'm being closely monitored and they speak to my FS after each bt. Happy to discuss if you want to try and pm me (maybe try a coke of random posts and it should let you).
AFM - bt tmw to see if I'm at the right stage to start lucrin. Looks like my epu will be around the long weekend! I saw my immune dr on Tuesday and he has tweaked my protocol a little (not much) but has put me on metformin (diabex xr). I don't have pcos, but he thinks it might help with egg quality. OH, not sure if I updated you all, my amh is now 12 (old one a cpl of years ago was 1.5, they have changed the way they test, but before I was told it was terrible, now it's good for a 40.75yo).
Sorry for the long post!

Results in its a low positive levels are 48 apparently needs to be 50. Progesterone levels are ok at 530. Another BT on 10th. Just going to hope and pray that numbers increase over the next couple of days. Thanks everyone.
Kelly70... been thinking of you and hoping things turned around xx
AFM .... "I'm pupo" - that might be the close that I get to being pregnant, so I feel positive this time - or do I just feel netural? which is better than my usual worried state!! Anyhow, the morula thawed nicely overnight and grew to a nice blastocyst - so the FS said - to me on the screen it just looked like a cauliflower, I really can't tell if it looks good or not!! Went for my after-transfer acupuncture, and since I'd been up since 5.30am, I pretty much fell asleep on the table, just one or two snoores, I think!!
DH got carried away last night when getting the Clexane out - he got out and had prepared the D6 pregnyl as well before I worked out what he'd done!!! We shoved it back in the fridge, but when I saw the FS today he said to throw that out, but thankfully we have two spares from a previous cycle in the fridge, so he said to use one of those. And here I was, supposed to be staying "stress-free" :-)) Lol.

good luck @MGC Bertie hope this is your lucky one. The cauliflower blasty sounds lovely Glad you are feeling positive, must admit my reserves of positiviness are pretty depleted! Going into this cycle with a scowl on my face and probably coming out the other end with one too! Then again it might be the synarel.
@Chiefsgirl I don't understand the amh test! People seem to get some pretty random results! Still, run with it while its good. Your EPU will be a week or so after mine. Glad things are moving along for you. You know you just reminded me that I was on metformin when I had my successful cycle...I'd forgotten all about that. I better ask my FS.
good luck everyone
