Getting it not long after giving birth definitely makes the bleeding last even longer.

Still prefer it over what the implant did to me. Period every 2-3 weeks for a year >.<

I've had the implant too I didn't get any periods on it. I don't get any on depo until it runs out.

Every time I've had the implanon I've stopped bleeding within a day of having it put in. As soon as it comes out I started.

Pity I can't use that as a form of contraception. I am allergic to the rod and no amount of steroid cream stops the rash from spreading or me scratching.

It's finally starting to slow down thank goodness!

Here's hoping next cycle it isn't that long or bad.

I had that with the mini pill. Just awful.

I had no bleeding at all with the DP shot and thought how great it was until it did nasty things to my blood pressure.

I was told it wouldn't affect my blood pressure, or my weight. But it increased both!

So never again. Don't need BC at the moment anyway... Single.

Condoms for me if I ever find anyone again.

I'll be straight back on it once bubs come. Back to the sweet bliss of no periods.

I wish the implant had of worked for me. It sucks having to go to the doc every 3 months to get a depo shot.
