But I do still love Jessica and Jason. So glad he grew up and changed from how he was the first season.
I really wasn't a huge fan of the 4th season. It started getting stupid and I really didn't like the puppy dog Eric. He could still love Sookie and not be like a 5 year old!

I've realised that I hung onto 7 seasons when only 3 were really good. The 4th like I say, made Eric look stupid, the 5th with the Authority crap was stupid. The 6th season was better but still not great and the 7th season was absolutely shocking. But the first 3 seasons were SO good

Yes, all season are definitely not equal! Puppy-dog Eric gets a bit boring once the laugh facto is gone and I wasn't keen when they turned Alcide into an @rsehole either. But at least he and Eric come good in the end!

There's just a bit too much going on at once - were-panthers, Sam's brother skinwalking, the whole evil baby/possessed Lafayette and Marnie in one season is a bit much. I'm not sure they really did any of the story lines justice. Started to mash too much supernatural into it. The season with the church was good and I think it was because they didn't pull focus and try to cram it all in. Simple sometimes is better I reckon.

Yes and it didnt help that i had met him in real life; and then read that the actor didnt really cope emotionally with being killed off/ like that.

I think I'm on season 5. Scott Foley's character has just shown up in town. I'd forgotten he was in it for a few eps! I've forgotten so much.

I've watched it through at least 3 times! I'm a serial serial watcher though. I always find something new. Same with Dex and all my other shows.
