I lost enough weight early on in the year to feel better about myself. As I work and travel a ridiculous amount (this finishes in 2 weeks ) the weight has crept on. My scales battery went flat about 6 weeks ago and I replace it last night - I've put on 5 kilos and I'm not tall. My clothes don't fit properly, I feel ridiculous and lethargic.
I've lost weight before and prior to having a baby was quite slim to very slim. For some reason - I think its pure exhaustion - I have no control - at all!
Inspire me to get back on board with my health - I also want new clothes
