    Default Refreezing meat??

I just made chicken meat balls from mince that I thawed in the fridge. I have way to many so can I refreeze them? (They are cooked)
    Thanks

    Yes you can.
You can't refreeze thawed, uncooked meat, but once cooked you can freeze it again.

I'd reheat covered in the oven on low to avoid drying out...

I mostly choose the oven but you can microwave or pan fry if you chose.

Google once a month cooking. It makes life and crazy days soon much easier.
