Default Terribly sore lower back @8.5weeks

I started getting a sore back last week around 7w4d.
I mentioned it to my OB but, he said to keep any eye on it and use hot packs and panadol when necessary.

    Anyone else getting this?
I'm at work with a hot pack and it's so uncomfortable.
It also makes me belly hurt by referring.
I'm not taking anything; I'd rather not to be honest.

Could it be a UTI? I had a UTI at 16 weeks and my only symptom was a sore back, no urinary symptoms at all? Just a thought? Hope u feel better soon

I had a Urine test at the OB - it was clear.
Just wondering if i'm just a freak.
I do have 2 extra vertebrae at the base of my spine but, thought i'd reach out and see if anyone else can relate?
