I have many gay friends and don't have an issue with consenting adults but
I don't like it for several reasons including :

-Hygiene aspect for both user and public ( I work for a local council and have heard stories about the clogged drains from condoms being flushed) and come on dtd in the toilet
    - potential innocent ( children) walking in and witnessing
    - that there's potential infidelity
    - that there are people loitering in parks ( I don't know they are there for fun what if they're watching and targeting women)

I don't really care too much about this issue but I just did a search for parks in my city and noticed one website that lists a female toilet for after-hours use. Gross.

"You need to go to the ladies toilets which get locked at 8pm, on the right hand side there are a few bins in which you use to jump the fence and into the toilet block, as the doors are bolted shut there is no one to disturb you."

There must be something on the inside to step up on.

I'm one of those people who had no idea this sort of thing went on. I don't care what two or more consenting adults decide to do together, but to do it inside a toilet block or similar is so dirty and gross.

I saw two suspicious men going into the loos right next to a playground today, but looking at them i pegged them as druggies more than two dudes going in for a session. It was right next to the playground and 10 mins after they left 2 little boys ran in without their parents and I really hoped the two men didn't leave anything gross in there.

DD needed to use the toilet so I said "right! We're going home!"

I asked my DH if he had heard of beats before and he said "What? The Dr Dre ones?" Lol :P

I mentioned this topic in passing to hubby and, intrigued, he typed gay in google and OMG you should have seen the sites that came up that listed in great details all of the beats, who goes there, what to do (eg. "sit in your car and wait first as Police sometimes patrol..."), what they wanted to do and the preferred age of participants. He got angry. I felt sick.

I feel like I have been under a rock all my life. I have never felt so revolted in my life and helpless...a lot of these beats were behind or next to schools or other venues where children frequent such as shopping centres and public libraries. And these acts aren't legal as they're in a public place. It's lewd, gross and creates an unsafe environment for our children.

What should we do about this?
