I feel the same way!! I wanted to scream at someone on Facebook for a massive GOT spoiler. It was straight after the show aired. I've also noticed the same thing here. I have to avoid any thread about GOT

I try to avoid reading a thread if I haven't watched an episode - it does make it hard when I'm ducking through the app though.

But then I think what can people discuss on threads about TV shows, if they can't talk about the exciting bits?

And then, when can they start to discuss them? - as in how would you know that everyone's watched the episode? It hurts my head thinking about it.

I know after I watch an episode, I sometimes want to jump on and ask a question or discuss something, but then I don't as I don't want to ruin it for someone, so I just wait for someone else to post.

Anyway, I'm back to counting down to Monday for the next GoT!

Thanks for the input everyone, I hope no one thought I was having a go at people posting in the GOT thread. It was more of a plea/ request for people to be careful of what they write because of the way it's displayed on the forum. Having said that, I do understand that going on social media runs the risk of spoilers on popular shows such as game of thrones.

@Lil M you can actually avoid this yourself by using the mobile skin rather than the app. I switched for this exact reason. That way you're in control of what you see rather than relying on others (which is unrealistic in a thread which is there solely to discuss the latest episodes).

I like it heaps more than the app anyway! You can see who has thanked, etc.
