    @cuky Sorry to hear that

    I was talking to my MIL today and she said she had been speaking to someone in the medical industry who advises couples to take krill oil, apparently it helps with sperm count etc. This lady said that she suggests this to couples who have failed at IVF and said once they start taking krill oil they have all been pregnant within months of taking it. Might be worth a try.. ?

    @cuky I think I will take up your idea of krill oil! Sounds promising.

    My very light spotting has now gotten a bit heavier and more like af along with cramping. I'm pretty sure I'm out for the month

    In need of some ideas to improve our chances. Any tips would be awesome!

    Apparently fish oil is really good too, but they are very similar anyway. Anything with EPA/DHA is good for fertility!

    An interesting read http://www.fertilityafter40.com/omeg...fertility.html

    I'm 16 weeks pregnant ☺️ and all is going well!

    So your fairly certain this cycle is out? That's a bummer. Hopefully your next cycle will be the one! Are you taking any vitamins etc?
