@ponypal I do show jumping so I've stopped that now and just do flat work and poles. My horse is pretty safe to ride on the flat and out bush. If I had a younger unpredictable horse then I would stop riding sooner.

Mind if I join in ladies? I am due for AF on the 25th so will test after if nothing shows
Ponypal and dom82 I am a horse rider too. I had intended to ride my whole pregnancy last round but I had SPD quite bad so so ride was excruciating and I gave up at about 18weeks hoping second time around could be different.

Oh @Dom82 thats ashame you have to give up the riding, poor horse will be so depressed! hopefully once bub is born you'll be back on in no time.
That gives me confidence regarding the coffee issue. I usually only have one a day so its nothing major. I've already started to cut back to 3 a week.

I'm extremely happy about the fact i still get to eat ham! i thought whether it was packaged or from the deli it was all a no go.
@curlybird what a pain regarding your test results thats just frustrating. To get value for money for your appt i'd be writing a list.

    Welcome @ponypal and @Ponytail

I've had some spotting today and feeling pretty low generally it's inconclusive however!
Not sure what to expect.. I'll hold off until Monday at least to test if af doesn't arrive in the meantime
    How about you @kaleissk?

@Dom82 horseback riding! Wow! That's amazing! I don't know anyone who rides personally and now I get to know 3 of you virtually who do!!

Well its almost AF time for me and I think the witch is coming! Had slight AF like cramps this morning. The only glimmer of hope I'm holding on to is that my boobs are outrageously sore
They always get sore after O but usually stop before AF. They are on fire and need a sports bra at the moment. Anyway will see if the witch arrives over the weekend if no AF by next tuesday I'll test
