Good the nausea has subsided @Dom82 and glad all is well with bub. Did your husband go along to the scan?

I had a phonecall from my specialist today regarding recent tests. He confirmed that I have been diagnosed with Graves disease, however, we can continue with our ttc plans and we wont have to wait the 2-3 months. Extremely happy about that!

I was chatting to a friend the other day about how stressful this TTC journey can be. She's recently had her first. She said she never bother temping, charting, opks absolutely nothing! Her method was whenever she didn't have her period they dtd, on an average it was roughly every second. first cycle they conceived. I sat there and just hook my head and said that is just way easy.
Thinking I'm going to try this method next cycle and not get caught up in the stress of It all.

@kaleissk yep DH came along. We got to hear the HB as well. He is very excited now. I think seeing a proper looking baby on screen made it more real to him

Sorry to hear about the greaves disease but glad that you can keep going with your TTC journey

@kaleissk Sorry to hear about the graves disease, its great it wont effect you ttc.
@Dom82 That's great that your DH is now excited! Have you announced the big news to any one yet?

Yesterday I had a bucket load of ewcm (sorry tmi) and i did an opk and got a fairly strong line but not as dark as the control line. Which means ovulation is happening EARLIER THIS MONTH! Today is CD16.
I've run out of opk's now and am wondering if i should bother buying another pack.. although it does come with a pregnancy test. Hmmm

In other news - My SIL gave birth to a beautiful baby girl yesterday!! Can't wait to go meet her. She was too tired yesterday which is understandable, so i'm either going after work tonight or i will see them on friday.

@curlybird YAY for earlier ovulation!!!!! And congrats to your SIL. Enjoy your squishy newborn cuddles!!!

We did the big FB announcement Tuesday night and DH told his work on Wednesday and proudly showed off scan photos LOL I haven't told my work yet. I'm waiting until I know we are having pay reviews in September. Work has already screwed me over once I'm not giving them any ammo to do it again

@curlybird- yay Do you think that the accupuncture might have anything to do with it? Either way I hope you catch the egg and that it sticks
@Dom82 - it utterly sucks you have to feel that way about work. Hopefully it all works out for you anyway. Either way, 12 weeks down 28 to go

Officially in the tww. Ovulation happened 1-2days earlier this month. Not sure if its because of the acupuncture or stronger vitamins. Fx it allows me a long enough lp and af stays away until at least cd28. Ideally I'd like her to stay away for 9 months.
