We have quite a bit in our offset account (I won't disclose how much) as we sold our house less than a year ago. But it will be going toward a new build we are about to start.

We both work - DH full time, me 3 days a week, since having DD. Both university qualified. DH is mid 30s, I'm early 30s.

We own both of our cars outright - one is 2008 car, the other 2012.

We don't have any credit cards.

We work hard and made good decisions, but I acknowledge are lucky to not have been given a raw deal along the way.

OP everyone is different, have different upbringing's, made different decisions, have different priorities, you'll rarely find many in your exact situation.

Are you unhappy with your situation? Are you looking for advice on how to get on the right track? Or just curious?
