    Thanks for all the comments. I don't have school aged children so I don't know the rules. I must say this was a real eye opener, school pick up seems to be a scary place. There were kids running everywhere and parents walking out in front of cars. There is a high school and a primary school together on a big hill, and it is next to a
    Hospital so parking is a major issue.
