You ladies are all so organised I feel so guilty I haven't set anything up for my bub yet iv been collecting items but don't have any furniture and don't plan to until I get back from my honeymoon in September she's due in November ! I feel so mean but its the only way I can do it without it all being to expensive and overwhelming as I'm getting married this month and we have been planning that for a year and a half then we are on our honeymoon for 3 weeks im just hoping she doesn't arrive early or that I don't have gestational diabetes so much stress and so little time to do everything
Plus its so hard to hold back on setting up I so badly want to buy all her things but in order for everything to work out as planned it has to be done in order I envy you ladies who only have bubs to worry about having a wedding honeymoon and bubs all in one is crazy ! I can't wait until its all done and dusted and I can actually concentrate on my baby I hate to wish my wedding day away but that's how it feels at the moment I'm even excited to hurry up and get back from overseas so I can plan haha

Oh @amandale don't stress. You have lots going on! Honestly the only reason we are setting up now is due to the unpredictable arrival time for twins. Otherwise we would be holding off too!

@amandale you have loads on your plate and still plenty of time so don't worry about it too much just yet xx
(I am only organized because I have everything already from my DS and don't have to buy much, if anything.)

@Megsarama26 really hope you got some good news today! @Amandale1727 you have heaps on your plate by the sounds of things! I would be leaving the baby's room right until the last minute if I were you. You have so much time to get it ready, especially if baby is going to sleep in your room for a little while first.

AFM - I haven't been inspired to set up baby's room at all but clearly more hormones have set in as yesterday it was all I could think about. I made DH clean out our spare room so I could start filling it with baby things!
SO tired today. I'm in the safeway carpark half asleep, can't bring myself to actually go in and shop!

Just bawled my eyes out watching one born every minute. Don't know why I watch that show but at the same time I can't look away!

Just a quick post to say I'm thinking of you Megs and sending you lots of "jammed SHUT" type vibes Hope you're coping ok and your family have started to see how terrifying this is and that the blase "she'll be right" type sentiments - although very well meaning, just don't cut it sometimes, at the very least I hope you've got a support network there that's pitching in to keep you sane - I know I'd be losing my mind. Big hug luv

    More bad news ladies,
My cervix went from 1.9cm a week ago to 0.9cm with worse funneling today. My cervix was even getting shorter while they were scanning. It would change when I coughed/moved and even when I was still. Appa.rently its called a dynamic cervix. The specialist came but again, there is nothing that can be done. So its wait and see. Im on bed rest until they are born. 21 weeks and 6 days.

@Megsarama26 so sorry to hear the news wasn't good. Just wanted to say I'm thinking of you and praying those babies stay put for a while longer. I can't imagine how stressful this is for you. Take care of yourself.
@Amandale1727 don't worry I haven't done much either! I have a bassinet and a change table cause I got both on sale but none of the main stuff yet. Plenty of time to get stuff still.
