I am planning on working right up as well, same as you @Lashed, would rather the time off after, plus I know I will get bored at home on my own! My work don't have any maternity so I will just get the 18 wks ppl....we are saving like mad!

Hi all, it's been a while since I've been on this thread, I'm now 29 weeks. OB recommending a c section at 38 weeks so really not long to go before I meet my baby girl. It's good to see everyone progressing well with their bubs, I've done most scans and tests and all looking good so far. I'm finishing work at 35 weeks so only gives me 3 weeks to get prepare. I guess I better get moving before I get too heavy and tired!

Thanks ladies good to know when everyone is finishing. I will probably aim for 37 weeks but see how I go. I'm a nurse in a very busy surgical ward doing shift work and we run for our whole shift so might not make it that long! Feeling tired already but the fact that I haven't had more than a week off since last April doesn't help!! Oh and I'm taking long service leave too. The one good thing about taking so long to fall pregnant!

woohoo! DH felt baby kick last night.. .this time with his hand and not his head!!

oooh and so far I have had two dreams where it indicates that baby is a girl... though last night she went from being a girl to having nothing at all... like it was all a big hidden secret that I have to wait for..

ahhh swoon!!!! got to meet my stage boyfriend last night!!! Kav Temperley of Eskimo Joe & Basement Birds!
T'was a very late night, but was definitely worth waiting around for the meet and greet after the show!!!
He was very stoked to hear that we had one of his songs as our wedding first dance! Then signed our EP (that was a gift from him) with a "thanks for Holly" and a smiley face heheh

Baby LOVED their first concert! Kicked and kicked hard all night long!!!
