Certainly not gospel and definitely reccommend seeking professional advice before changing any dietery habits but found this website today while googling healthy snacks.
I know there were a few ladies concerned about weight gain during pregnancy (sorry I cant find the original posts) and this website shows you "appropriate" weight gain week by week based on your preprego weight and height.
    www.kid spot.com.au /weightgain/ pregnancyweightgain.asp

But in saying that all the websites are a little different most state 500g a week during 2nd and 3rd trimesters is best but others say as long as you're sticking within overall weight gain total theres nothing to be concerned about.

A little food for thought anyway.

Wow this thread moves quickly! Lovely bump pics
For those suffering heartburn, I find bananas also help but I am coping by drinking bottles of Gaviscon, it has really been my saviour!
Went looking at prams, car seats and baby furniture at the weekend, the stuff we like is on a 16 wk delivery so need to hurry up and decide which design and get it ordered!
3 weeks until morph scan, time is dragging now.....

Hi ladies, I have been looking at ideas for bubs room, but not knowing babies gender makes it a little more trickier. What colour would you use if you didn't know? The furniture is white so I would like some colour, not a yellow fan though.

@totalkaos how about greys and teals? Very in atm and easily swung to either gender with a few additions once bub is born?

I agree with wish grey would be nice. Goes really well with white furniture and easy to add colour after bub is born if you want gender specific.

Had my 19 week scan today and baby was face down the whole time! Haha so no nice shots only some of feet and limbs! Everything measuring well though. Wish I got to see it again though. I have a feeling it's a boy now but won't know until the birth as DH refused to let me find out haha
