P.s. Am also measuring smack bang on 17 weeks!! But OMG she hurt with that darn Doppler pushing to find bubs heart beat!! Pain was worth it once I heard "him" though
I had a trainee midwife at my last app. who was digging the Doppler in really hard! I thought it was just because she was learning. Also she didn't get the hb she found the vien or artery thing that goes to the placenta, because it was making a whoosh sound not a galloping horses sound, found it strange that the midwife didn't tell her. I wasn't to concerned because I was feeling bubs kick.
22 weeks for me today! I actually feel smaller, but I think maybe my skin is more used of the stretch and I don't feel so tight.

love the diaper comparison j plan to use cloth diapers to ! And im currently overhwelmed by choices.

Afm I had a supprise morphology scan today the one they do between 17-20 weeks. I had booked in for a scan today just to see bub as I was feeling really anxious and they said they were getting really clear images and wanted to do the whole thing which was awesome I feel so much better and more at ease, I have always had anxiety but being pregnant has definatly magnafied it I feel anxious all the time I know its such I bad way to be but I literally wake up anxious my midwife refered me to someone to talk to about it and help me cope which I will do but I think what will make it much better is actually meeting my baby ! like all of us I am so anxious/excited for that, I also google "reasons not to be worried about pregnancy" it usually comes up with statistics that makes me feel better haha
Anyway sorry went a little off topic the scan went so well everything was perfect and the sonogropher was so lovley it went for about an hour and a half and everything was checked and all looks spot on.
Heres a pic of her big feet, the sonogropher agreed she has big feet already for her size lol

We bought paint today for the nursery can't wait til its done!!
We also looked at car seats. We tried one in our car and it was too big. So we will probably go the safe and sound Compaq instead of the meridian.
I also got a huge bargain a pumpkin patch when I was in Melbourne last week. 2x jeans, 1x black work pants, 1 x tunic type top, 4 x baby socks and 2 x onsies for $29!!!!! Amazing!! Worked it out and retail price was $320!! This was at Barbour town at docklands.
And lastly dh felt bubs move this morning it was so exciting

    Hi all!

Thanks for the idea of the fees Emski, Frenchy and Elm!
Love the photo of bubby girl's foot amandale soo cute
That's an amazing buy sparklemonkey, I just got some more maternity clothes from a friend yesterday, feel like I'm wearing the same outfits over and over at the moment but I've now got two friends who are supplying me with maternity clothes that they no longer need/want .

As for purchases for bub I'm a bit slow on that one we've bought a bassinet/cot/junior bed convertable thing "vulu" by lovencare, and that's all. It's really sweet and fits nicely in our room. We'll have to get another cheaper bassinet for downstairs I think, don't want to be up and down the stairs all day long when she's small.

    Too cute @Amandale1727!!

Heartburn is so so horrible! Oh my goodness, I have never had it before and the last two days I've had it all day. Does any know of any natural remedies?! My stepmother said she managed hers with unsalted cashews.. Something about the oil in them settling her stomach.
