This is tough. Agree with the previous posters, cc manager into emails and mention that you need a timely response.
Other that that, it seems to be a jealously thing which means you are doing great work, keep it up! I try and ask myself "what would (insert name of CEO/Angela merkel/Beyoncé here) do?"

This, and try to ignore the personal stuff, as hard as it may be The workplace is riddled with teenagers in suits.

Thanks Vicpack I'm quoting you because you know a bit about the history.

You have put it very politely & thank you! I have par taken in inappropriate comments/behaviour in the past (once that I am now aware of)

    In my defense;
    1. The girl that convocation was with us not In The click.
    2. I was seriously dumbfounded (at the time) by how she could possibly take offence to my comment.
    3. Since then I have worked it out (thanks to you mummies)
    4. I apologised to the girl & she & I get along great now (thank god! That was intense)

Management is already involved. I have a better work/social relationship with them them my colleges. And I would welcome a complete overhaul!

I guess the main difference is i make 'honest' mistakes.

I don't think before I speak but I'm very quick to apologise & give people space & time to accept it because I'm aware of the impact regardless of my intentions.

This group is trying to make my work life hard. It's been going on for 5 months plus.

Thanks everyone so far, I will try greeting them but not 'entering their circle' and cc management in everything.

Cc management is a good idea. At work I used to get jack of people not responding. So I would re-send them an email, cc the management and say something like "I understand things are hectic, not sure if you are able to check email of not, I'm cc'ing Fred just incase.."

Phew. I was worried I may have offended you which wasn't my intention!
It takes balls to cop feedback on the chin like you have done.

These types of people have never evolved from high school.

Ignore them, get on with your work and hope they leave I guess. It's so hard spending so much of your time in a place where you feel isolated and alone. I hope it gets better for you.

I personally was in same position and I threw a tantrum one day and left. Best decision I made but I didn't handle it well. I got the the stage I just couldn't take it anymore.
