See how u feel after your bt, it really is not over until you get a negative hcg... and af....
If its negative, make an appointment for a follow up chat to discuss the issues. Then my advice is comfort food, listen to music, a bit of a cry, time with fur babies and those you love, and rest. I usually feel so much better after I've stopped the awful progesterone and all the estrogen you've had in your system leaves your body. That stuff really makes me feel chemically down, I always feel much better a week later.
Remember that one failed cycle does not mean you won't ever have a baby.

oh and when a cycle hasnt worked i keep a notepad by your bed and a page where you can jot down any questions you have for your fs - I always forget what I wanted to ask when I get in there.
