Slow cooked roast beef - take 2! I overcooked the crap out of it the first time I tried.
Well not anymore - Can someone tell me what in the actual eff i'm doing wrong? This time the meat was cooked beautifully. So it was pink in the middle. But it was just weird. Chewy and flavourless.
It was a piece of topside. Decent layer of fat along the top. I browned it off on each side before putting it in the slow cooker.
