We went out for our anniversary dinner tonight to a supposedly 5☆ restaurant and it was shiz. Normally its ok but tonight the chicken I was served was raw and I ate some before realising. The head of the whole place tried to tell me it was just the colouring of it. I took a photo and it is quite obviously raw. Idiot. Also raw chicken is hard to cut into but cooked just breaks apart easily.

Roast pork and veggies. The roast has been in the oven for 6 hours on low covered with foil so hope the meat is tender! Just uncovered and turned it up to finish off the crackling now.
