Forced to eat roast beef, lol. I had to cook it because the use by date was today, eeek.. it had been sitting in my fridge for a week and I forgot all about and until I saw it last night so I bunged it in the oven at 8 last night and it's all done now for tonights dinner.
I really don't fancy it though.
What can you do with roast beef besides traditional roasty/baked goods on the side?

My friend does roast beef and gravy rolls with salad.... or you could do a roast beef salad. Loads of things you could do. If you go to taste.com and type in roast beef as your ingredient it will come up with ideas for you.
