Thats really different to what I call savoury mince lol. Thats why I was asking cos I wanted to know what others do as I always see people posting they are having it and wanted to see if its the same.

    Mine is...
    500g b mince
    1/2 cup water
    Curry powder to taste
    1 onion
    1pk mix froz veg. (500g)

I also add bbq sauce so it adds a bit of sweet and tang (bout 1/4 cup)

Usually serve with rice or on toast.

    Yum Savoury mince!

I make it with brown onion, bay leaf, peas a little chicken stock and gravy powder to thicken it up as well as a dash of wostershire and tomate sauce. Buty recipe varies evert time depending on what I have on hand. Sometimes I add garlic, grayed carrot and vegemite :-) you could add lentils to bulk it up. Great with mash and both my kids love it!

My MiL dropped over some pumpkin soup so we were going to have that with cheesy toast... But it was awful She is usually such a great cook too! So tired, so I'm scoffing a bowl of cornflakes now and heading to bed.
