I made yummy cauliflower, bacon & Parmesan soup a couple of weeks ago for the same reason :-)

I put a couple of potatoes in to thicken it up & used French onion soup mix as the stock... My 16 month old loved it aswell :-)

Ooh that sounds good! Just boil the cauliflower and potatoes in stock, blitz and add bacon and Parmesan? Anything else to it? I love soup!

Yep, just boil till soft, add extra water to cover the cauliflower & potato... Fry the bacon then add with Parmesan, then blitz :-)

Steak with pepper sauce with wedges and sour cream. Littles had chicken balls instead of steak.

    Was very yummy.
