Weird throw together dinner but it's delicious! Par-boiled potatoes chucked in the oven, drizzled with olive oil then topped with leftover chopped sausages and cheese, then sour cream and taco sauce. Sooooo unhealthy but I was craving comfort, and got it! :-D

Chicken and veg stir fry in hoisin and fish sauce. Delicious but I'm having issues with the rice maker so it was gluggy. I think I'm a good cook but I'm scared of rice. How can I guarantee perfect fluffy rice?

We had nothing much at all, so the kids had risoni mixed with carrot, peas and cheese. Was pretty tasty, actually.

    DF and I got kebabs

@beancounter when you find out, let me know. I am terrible with rice. I have resorted to buying the microwave packets. At least they're convenient!
