I don't know I think it's just the luck of the draw sometimes. It worked awesomely for ds1 so he slept 7-7 by 3 months. Ds2 won't take a dreamfeed so wakes through the night

Yeah the UK is pretty strict about 6 months unless medically necessary. I googled OZ because everyone kept saying 4-6 months on here but when I nannied it was recommended 6 months in Melbourne. Australia's guidelines are officially 6 months but I think a lot of MCHNs still say 4-6. The MCHN here told me it's been extensively researched now and that's why they're so big on 6 months. But that article ends with saying if your child is definitely ready earlier than talk to your health provider about starting but going by what they say is 'ready' DS definitely isn't.

240mls?! That must have been so satisfying! Hopefully that's only the beginning!

The dreamfeed never worked here I cut it out and he sleeps through it anyway by an extra 2 hours. Wasn't worth sitting up or getting up at 10.30 for. He has been feeding well all day today. Thanks to everyone for your kind words and support . S.A girl fingers crossed for a good night for you tonight!!

I'm praying I do too... Come on DS!!

Am I noticing a pattern here? Is it only the boys who are crap sleepers?
