Una Thurman from Kill Bill. Lots of blood and guts, but damn she kicks ***.

    Annie Oakley! Kickass gun-slingin' cowgirl
    A Charlie's angel - so fun!
    Eliza Bennett

theres too many to mention... I love Jamie lee Curtis' character in True Lies - not that I'd want to be her but she is rocking in that film, and do identifiable.

Danielle (Drew Barrymore's character) from 'Ever After'

    Sarah Walker from 'Chuck'

I agree with whoever said Jo March from Little Women/Jo's Boys/Little Men - I've always loved that character!

More recently, I'd be Drew Barrymore in Never Been Kissed. I'd love the chance to go back to my high school days. But more importantly, I'd love the chance to snog Michael Vartan!
We are on the same page with Sarah Connor and Drew in Never Been Kissed!

    Michael Vartan...so desirable
