Default Do you have a daily schedule?

Do you have a daily schedule? If so, it is flexible or are you very strict about it?

I struggle with schedules due to sheer boredom of the monotony, but I would love to see whether others struggle as I do, or you have any tips to help me through.

    Yep, I do.

I work 3 days do it's fairly regimented on those days.

On Thursdays and Fridays I don't work. I drop my eldest at school and then go to the gym. After that we go to the park/shops/library etc. Then it's home for lunch and my 17 month old has a nap. My son and I clean, hang out, watch tv, play etc.

Nope apart from work. Just take each day as it comes as it changes so often as i also do OT at work weekly and cant plan when i do it. My weekends are also so varied atm i have no idea whether i have social events til generally a day before or at the last minute.
