Customer service with NAB is very poor, and we have issues with our cards constantly. We are looking to change very soon.

Degrassi have you had a review of your banking? My bank offers a free one on one appointment with a customer service rep who will sit down and go through all your accounts and transfer/change your accounts to make sure you're not being charged too much in fees. They recommend you have one every year.

I'm with Bank SA/st George who are owned by Westpac.

I haven't. I'm with a building society, not one of the big 4, so I'm not sure if they can actually do anything to lower the fees to keep me as a customer.

in that case I'd definitely shop around. It will be worth the hassle in the long term.

ANZ don't charge for a visa debit card. $5 is there everyday banking account fee but that can be waived if you receive benefits into the account or if you work with a company affiliated with ANZ (unless all that's changed in the 3 years since I worked there!)

We use bank west. Get visa debit paywave cards, no fees and unlimited bpay payments etc

Most 7-11s have bank west ATMs. But also give u free withdrawals from any of the big 4 banks. The ATMs charge is to withdraw but bankwest reimburse us the fees.

I had an issue once where we were charge $5for a statement reprint we never requested. I called to ask wtf and they refunded it without question.

I'm with Ubank. No fees, free Visa card and high savings %

And their customer service is excellent. I used to be with ANZ but their fees and attitude towards customers are a joke
