Unhappy 9 week old sleep habits

My dd used to wake at 11-12 then 3-4ish now is up at 11, 1, 3 & 5am. So exhausted and have toddler to look after most days too.

Is dd too young to try and push out her feeds when she wakes?

If not how can I help her to sleep longer?

During the day she is happy has lots of up time and sleeps 2-3 hours at a time.

I think there's a wonder week about 9 weeks. At that age, I'd ride it out.

Do you put bub down at the same time each night and wake at the same time. I find that can help at such a young age.
