One that your dates are out or they stuffed up the scan. That said I have never heard of scan coming up with a due date at only 4 weeks pregnant. A repeat scan and bloods will show your pregnancy progressing normally.
The other thing that is happening is that your pregnancy is not viable and will not continue. You may miscarry naturally or you may need a D&C (as mentioned above) if that doesn't happen. Bloods and another scan will also show if this happening.
Basically there is nothing that confirm either of these options until you see your doctor on Monday.
If you start to have bleeding or pain over the weekend, go into emergency.
My advice- wait and see Monday. Don't get worked up, it will add to your stress. If you get any cramping or bleeding, just go straight to the ER.

I'm no sonographer, so if one happens to read this maybe they can shed some light, but judging from bubhub alone, I've noticed a fair few ladies have mismatching dates like this and go on to have no problem. I think your blood test on monday will be your biggest help
The whole 4 weeks pregnant doesn't make sense because generally you need to be 5-6 weeks pregnant to see a sac and 6-7 weeks to see an embryo.
So if they saw a sac, then they shouldn't be saying that you're only 4 weeks pregnant.
I suspect the date they gave you was actual age/gestation of the baby (so counting from conception) rather than a traditional pregnancy date (counting from your last period). So if you add 2 weeks (to take it to your last period), the date makes sense. I very much doubt that they would have seen anything at all if you were only 4 wks.
Definitely worth getting a blood test to check your HCG level and potentially another scan. I think knowing whether or not the pregnancy is viable is a good first step in making your final decision,
