Default Implantation cramping - how bad can it be?

Just wondering, for those who've experienced it, how strong implantation cramping can get?

I'm currently (I think) 6dpo and am doubled over on the couch with cramps. Ouch! Could it be implantation? Or do I need to be concerned that there's something else not quite right with me? It's too early for it to be AF-related, given my normal cycle pattern.

Hi! I would say your pretty safe being that your 6days past ovulation : )

I'd never heard of implantation pain until it happened to me last pregnancy.
I had sever LEFT sided cramping and bleeding 6-8hrs after BD
Woke up still lightly bleeding the next morning- thought it was odd and worth mentioning it to the dr next time I was there.
Turned out to be an eptopic pregnacy in my LEFT tube and my dates matched up to around the time of the sever cramping : /
So I'm not an expert but possibly the sever cramping and bleeding was from implantation?
I'd be really interested to hear others experience also.

Fingers crossed for you that the pain is unrelated - #babydust
