    Default Stress and weight!

Hi everyone! I am new to this sight and desperate to get some help if anyone has any suggestions.

I have 3 kids, the youngest is 15 months. I had a difficult pregnancy and was insulin dependent diabetic. With my first 2 boys I put on 12 kilos with my little girl I put on 30.

I have a fun but stressful life, running my own business and juggling kids, but I'm struggling with poor body image as I can't get back in to my clothes.

I also struggle with an auto immune disease, which is helped by a paleo diet.

I excersise, do yoga when possible and eat well, probably not enough.

I'm am wondering if maybe my cortisol levels are high or my hormones are out of whack!!

Anyone have an suggestions to help me, if they have been in this situation?

    Thank you !!!!
