Default Does creative food presentation work for your kids?

Do your kids try new foods/eat more if you present it creatively?

For example, if you do things like fashioning food into a smiley face on the plate, cut sandwiches into cute shapes, build a mashed potato mountain with broccoli trees etc.?

Fortunately my kids aren't fussy, but they do love it when I mix it up a bit and make them little Bento style lunches etc, all the colours and compartments, they just love. I have little moulds to make boiled eggs into heart shapes, stars and cars and little cutters to make different shaped food etc.

It's all a bit of fun for a change that I do every now and then and to surprise them, but doesn't have any baring on their eating, as they eat regardless of whether I do their food differently or creatively.
