My uncle divorced his wife not that long after they had my cousin. It might be different if I ever remembered her being called Aunty but I don't, so I call her by her first name & refer to her as my cousin's mum.

This. My aunt divorced her husband and I grew up knowing him as Uncle xxx. I ditched the Uncle and refer to him by his name or as my cousin's dad. In saying that, I'm in my mid 30s and mostly call all my aunts and uncles by their first names because they're only in their 40s and 50s. Plus, I can't stand my ex Uncle and pretty much never see him.

Are Internet forums, such as BH, considered social media?

That Telstra guy that rang was so helpful. He rang and told me I had a virus and corrupted files on my computer. Such a pro active company! I asked him if that's why my computer keeps shutting down and he said yes definitely. He even started to walk me through how to fix it. He got a bit frustrated when I told him i couldn't find the keys he was trying to get me to push though. Then he asked me if I was using a windows computer. I lied and told him no. You know I had to check to make sure he was legit because a Telstra worker should be able to tell if I was using my internet, right? Well he promptly said "that is all" and hung up on me. Well I guess he wasn't that helpful after all.

Ah gee I was so in the mood for a heartwarming story...

    NOPE.

    I got a laugh though so that'll do I guess :-)

Lol well i could twist it so it is heartwarming. At least that was 5 minutes less they scammed some poor unsuspecting elderly pensioner who may otherwise have had her entire bank account emptied in that 5 minute time frame, thus landing her homeless and on the streets just in time for winter, because the last scam she got done by left her that far behind in rent that this pay was her last chance to pay up to date to help save her from being evicted.

There you go @harvs. Heartwarming story of saving an elderly pensioner from becoming homeless.

Ps I don't know if it makes me sad, weird or sadistic that I kind of enjoy those scammer phone calls and wasting their time.
