Do animals that normally have singleton births have multiples from time to time? Like horses and cows. And have they ever had conjoined twins that have lived? I'm imagining a two headed horse...
Horses don't have twins as often. It is quite dangerous and if twins are seen on and early scan they normally abort one foetus. In saying that there are some that don't get scanned that do go ahead to foal with no problems and raise both.
