Water is a bl00dy amazing drink when you're thirsty.

Also, does anyone else not really get thirsty until they're utterly parched? I feel like I've asked this before, and someone, probably @DesperatelySeekingSleep mocked me relentlessly...

I read somewhere awhile ago that most people dont actually know what thirsty feels like as they mistake it for hunger? Not sure on the validity of it though?

I do know that when I am really thirsty only water helps, no other drink fixes it

Yes and I used to get laughed at when I'd say I'm thirsty for water. It wasn't meant to be funny!

Apparently we don't begin to feel thirst until we are at least 1/3 dehydrated?

Idk, but I do know I rarely feel thirsty in winter but my skin and hair is so so dry. Ugh!

Nothing quenches my thirst except for water. Infact if I drink something else it makes me thirsty.
I've tried the whole 'drink water instead of eat' thing but it doesn't work for me. I am a bottomless pit and I am hungry all the time...I also drink up to 3L of water a day (I'm not dehydrated...I never use moisturiser or lip balm, not even in winter).
