    Why, at the age of 31, am I starting to get random pimples after a lifetime of never having a problem with them?

    Probably hormones, adult acne usually is unfortunately. My skin has been great the last few months, then I started getting spots again. Three days later my first post partum AF arrived! All made sense then.
