Steak is a good idea - he hasn't tried that. He loved 'eating' a lamb cutlet though! Both his top teeth are through now.

Thank you wobbler - will definitely keep it in mind as a sanity saver! I find looking after four not that much different to three to be honest, just a bit tired with a newborn but he's starting to give us a little more sleep now. I have no idea how he sleeps in our house with the kids playing nearby! I think that with having twice as big a gap as what we had with the others this time, the older ones are starting to be more helpful and do more for themselves.

DD is now toilet trained which is nice as she'll be 3 in a couple of months. The 6 weeks post partum going nuts at home wasn't wasted afterall!

Hey LT! Thought I'd keep you in the loop (the girls have me giving them several daily updates now). Due date is on Tuesday! I've been getting the occasional tightening with period pain since about 38 weeks but it never lasts and is very irregular. Yesterday was a bit exciting though. I thought I was having cm but I think it was tiny bits of my plug! At about 3.30am last night I got a clump bigger than the rest, it was only about the size of a 5 cent piece though.

Hoping baby isn't too far off.

Sounds like the tightenings are prelabour. I had them start about a week before our last two were born. They would fade in and out. I remember the day I had our little man I knew it was the day as soon as I stood up in the morning! They had that extra pinch to them, but still took hours to get to what I would call actual labour. When I can no longer sit down still and need to move around, that's when I know things have definitely kicked in! Hoping everything kicks in soon for you!
