Default First Time Mother, Planned Pregnancy, 20 Years Old and Very Excited!

So I created this account on bub hub as I was dying to tell someone other than my partner that I'm pregnant! I am so grateful as we were only trying for a month before I started noticing my breasts were extremely tender, my sense of smell is heightened and I am so hungry! It has been one month since my LMP and I have tested positive to two home tests.
I spent last night in hospital as I have been experiencing sharp pains in my lower right abdomen., has this happened to you? I'm sure it's just growing pains, I am tiny so I guess my body has a lot of extra growing to do. All blood tests came back okay however they want me to come in again tomorrow to ensure my HCG has doubled and that the pregnancy isn't ectopic. I'm feing postive though, my partner and I are so excited to begin this journey and I'm looking forward to motherhood.
I also have another question, my partner and I have so many birthday parties coming up this next month...I don't want to upset people by not coming and I don't want to announce yet that I'm pregnant but I am just too tired for parties and I don't want to be surrounded by smokers! Any tips?
I hope you've all had a wonderful day and I look forward to speaking to other mums to be!
