    Hi ladies
Do you have a cookie recipe that works for milk supply? Or anything else you eat that helps? Tia

Best one I found ( i normally love to cook from scratch) was just packet mix cookie. I could then pump in the brewers yeast

I got one from the belly site, I'd add apricot or choc chip or whatever I had. I also added fenugreek for extra lactogenic power

I get mine at the health food store. You could also try the home brew section at the supermarket.

I just made my regular recipe for peanut butter cookies and added brewers yeast and flaxseed meal (you can get both from a health food store but I got little packets of brewers yeast from Big W).

I think you can just throw those things into any biscuit recipe or packet mix. Maybe just add a little extra wet ingredients to make sure they don't come out too dry.
