10 pm 2 pm 5pm feed....... Never stops( plus the dysentry issue ) well at least the saddles doing magic n she's not really fighting it. For a sick baby she's at sleeping off without too much fuss.

Ann yes same here. Tonight it's been 6.30pm, 12 and now 4 am. Don't know if I should be trying to push it out more as I pick her up as soon as she stirs so as not to,wake DH. Some nights I give a dream feed at 11ish. Last night she wouldn't go to sleep until almost 8.30 so I didn't want to dream feed her. Maybe I should have so as not to be woke twice !

We are now all sick with a cold, so haven't been on for a few days Lots of sleepless nights and I've had Mia sleeping on my chest cause she's so clingy Poor munchkin!

JB congrats on getting the girls home, enjoy!

Jay was wondering where you got too! Hope Hilton is better... It's just the worst seeing them sick like this

Riss and Ann sorry to hear about blood in Bubs stools. I didn't realise that was from a food intolerance. Hopefully it can be sorted ASAP.

Mia loves her arms up so I just wrap her with her arms out with mittens on. The only time I swaddle her tight is when she is sooo overtired and it calms her. Otherwise I've got no hope of wrapping her arms, she cracks it! Lol

Ann - what is with that nurse and no painkillers! OMG!

Love love love all the pics x

Ann I can't believe they wouldn't give you pain relief. I was very lucky as they kept offering it to me once it was time.

Panda I think you are right about picking her up too quickly possibly being a factor. Sometimes Ellie stirs, passes wind or something and goes back to sleep. I don't get her up right away. I'm sure I must sleep through it sometimes too. If she was really loud I'd wake up though (that's what I'm telling myself). I'm not suggesting that you should leave her or anything - just sharing that I think I used to get her up too quickly too.

Ellie generally feeds 6am 9am 12pm 3pm 6pm 9pm (or an hr either side) sleeping 9-10pm to 5-7am. I've started to make sure I try and do a dream feed at 9pm if she falls asleep after the 6pm feed otherwise she is bright eyed and ready to go at 3-4am. So far it's helping. Each baby is so different though.

JJ sorry to hear you and Mia are sick. We had colds recently and it was so miserable! Hope you get well soon.

Hey ladies great pics of all your little ones

just wondering as Ryan has had his 6 week vaccinations today and has not been eating as much and been sleeping quiet a bit. Did your little ones sleep and not eat as much when they got their vaccines?

    Cheers

Ann- I'm sorry your little girl is sick. How did they diagnose dysentry? I didn't think we had that here. I'm not sure about lactose intolerance they told me it's the protein in milk that most babies are intolerant to. The paed has referred us onto a paediatric allergist and because we are willing to travel far to see her we got an appointment on the 5th of August instead of waiting four months. My paed could see bubs was in pain and told me to cut out soy as well as dairy as the protein in them are quite similar. The blood is minimal and non existent now but his poo is green like spinach and smelly. The wind pain in what's killing me. He will sleep then wake up in pain trying to fart or poo. If I need to go on formula I will need a script from the allergist for a specialised formula. Hope your girl gets better soon it's so scary seeing blood where it shouldn't be.
