Hey ngaiz, how did you get bubs to take nilstat? Elliot HATES it! I thought the dose of 1ml 4 times a day didn't make sense either. I Thought 0.5ml after every feed made more sense to stop thrush growth from milk. I tried to use a little syringe but Elliot now thrashes about he hates it so much. I'm wondering if .2 or .3ml would be adequate to get a coating of it in his little mouth? Any thoughts or ideas?

Oh- better say that I just assumed he would need the nilstat after a feed but if I'm wrong and he can have it in the middle or start let me know. It totally sucks sending him off to sleepy land with a feed and then waking him up with the yucky nilstat

Its best after the feed Berra as it needs to stay in the mouth as long as possible and milk will just rinse it off. I did 0.5ml in the side of each check, just kind of squirted it in there. I tried it and it's horrible, Lex didn't like it having either.

So glad you had such a great experience Berra!

I have the worst cold I think I have ever had. Feeling like I am going to pass out at the moment and have had the worst night. Just hoping the little one doesn't get it but don't seem how we can avoid it

Oh no bedlover :-( that's a bit rough when you have two little ones to run around after. Try to get as much rest as you can and stay hydrated.... easier said than done when you're so busy.

Bedlover - hope you get better soon, I've had the flu for over a week now but am finally on the mend. I was lucky dh was home for the worst of it and he took over things so I could rest and get better.

Little Miss has made me an emotional wreck this week, she giggled for me! I laughed and cried at the same time I was so happy. Never thought I could be so consumed by these feelings. I told dh last night that if we had've met in our early 20's and had Erin then, we would've had at 10 kids by now.......
