Strange night Hilton had his usual unsettled 12-4 shift with a little feed at 3.30 and then the rest at usual time of 4 then slept 5-8pm as usual & we made the most of it with a spa, watching TV and having dinner. But the he had another unsettled period so hubby co-slept with him & he slept past his midnight feed until 2am and then unsettled after so I rocked him during cries until who knows what time but figured he'd need feeding at 6am (4hrs from last feed) but when I woke at 7.30 noticed he's still asleep & it's now 8am and he's still asleep :0 skipping feeds isn't going to help me get more weight on him! Mind you we are switching back to formula top ups as my milk flow has started to fluctuate and wasn't able to keep up with expressing 100s for every 4 hr feed

Im not sure if they're smiles. She just has that look all the time. I think it's her chubba cheeks squishing her mouth lol

I think I've got AF Lochia finished over a week ago and cramps started two days ago and today I've had bleeding. Wtf!? Thought I'd get a longer break than this. Can AF affect milk supply? Because my boobs haven't filled at all today despite 3-4 hourly feeds.

Apparently AF can affect milk supply Ngaiz, I've heard a few ladies mention it. My boobs never feel really full, but usually in the mornings I at least feel like I need to feed bub, but not happening at the moment and I'm on CD4.

I'm feeling so wiped out having my period back again! Thinking I should go back on my iron tabs for a while..

Hi guys, our little boy arrived Friday at 1:23pm : Elliot James. 3.03kgs and 45cm long, c/s was a little rough so been in quite a bit of pain. Glad we didn't try to turn him as they think he was breech as cord was very short. We stay in hospital until Wednesday. ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1402866202.257764.jpg
