Panda what do you think of that book? Is it worth reading? I've just read a whole thread on it and the jury is out but it seems that it may have some worth while advice. I'm not after a full nights sleep this early (L is easy to settle at night and only wakes twice) but I really have no idea of how long a bub should be awake or asleep. I am very much a routine person but from what I've just read I don't think I would follow this to a T. Also, with the issues I'm having feeding I don't want to lose supply by not feeding on demand. I have a pump but I don't like using it, is too time consuming.
