    @dancingbutterfly
    Thanks I would think that it won't be such a big deal if they really want me too.

    Also I double checked and I'm only away for 3 whole weeks + 1 day on each side of these weeks
    3 weeks might sound better than 4!!

    I actually refused the last job offered to me, due to circumstances at my other position. I was the person they wanted though, and negotiated a start date 8 weeks later than planned, and with a work from home day (job was 200km away from home). I'd let them know as soon as practicable, out of courtesy, but I'm sure since you've been head hunted, they'll do what they can to get you. Good luck :-)

    Thought I'd give you an update

    I told the HH before the final interview and he didn't even bat an eyelid. He mentioned that this was something that would be discussed if his client makes an offer.
    Given the details I got during the last interview, I'm sure it won't be a problem

    Yeah! Tied my knickers in a knot over nothing!

    Hi! Thanks for asking @dancingbutterfly

    Still in the recruiting process... They are now checking my current rem and want to know how much Id want.

    So probably all good signs but yet to receive an offer. It's nerve racking!

    Good luck with it. Hopefully all goes well.

    Funny enough I've got an interview coming up on Wednesday too and I'm in 2 ways about telling them I've got a holiday booked. It's not a role that they couldn't just give to anyone else though. But we are thinking of changing it to April anyways.

    I do HR also and I always ask in interviews.

    Be up front about it. If I really want someone then planned holidays isn't going to affect my decision in employing someone.

    Good luck! 😄
