    I've got a stick vacuum - a Rowenta - love it. It's cyclonic so no bags etc, cordless, powerful (22v). The only thing I regret is not getting the equivalent electrolux one, they do one called the ergomatic (I think) that is a stick vac with a removable handheld but so you can doo the car or the sofa etc. If you get a stick vac go for the highest voltage you can get. I rarely use our regular vac any more.

    Hate my dyson bleh!!!

    It was a wedding gift so I can't sell it :/

    I have a old nilfisk. It's amazing and I still use it over my dyson!!
